Someday I’m gonna record the hundreds of folk songs I love. In the meantime, here’s a few tunes for ya.

  • Darcy Farrow LISTEN
  • Black Jack Davy LISTEN
  • Blue Eyed Boston Boy (duet with Jack Horner) LISTEN

Last year I recorded a tune for local activist Nell Levin at Charlie Chadwick’s studio in Bellevue. The song bemoans strip mining practices and has been chosen to appear on a nationally distributed CD about environmental issues. Ron Ault, who plays clawhammer on the recording, put together a video bringing Nell’s lyrics into the light, and installed it on YouTube.
